The property is a semi detached two storey house in Clitheroe. The application is to change the roof on the garage from a flat roof to a pitched roof, with a front elevation detail. There are minimal issues to consider with this proposal. There will be no loss of amenity and there are no issues with size. The design could be viewed as slightly out-dated, however it will not detriment the area, and there are other garaes in the area with similar roof detail. 05/05/2006 |
