The property is a detached dormer bungalow in Longridge. The proposal is for a side extension, formulating a carport and a room above. The measurements of the extension are: 4.3m projecting from the existing side elevation, 8m long and it will be the same height at the existing house, with a gable end. There is a gable proposed to the front elevation, which will accommodate the living space above. The proposal will cause minimal amenity issues to neighbours, as there are no neighbours in a close proximity to the house.
