Site visit The property is a two storey semi detached house in Wilpshire. The proposal is to demolish an existing single storey extension and re-build it with the addition of a conservatory. The measurements of the kitchen will project 6.5m from the rear elevation, and be 3m wide, and the conservatory will project 2.9m and will be 2.8m wide. As the kitchen extension is existing, and is simply being re-built it will cause minimal issues. There is an existing single storey extension on the neighbouring boundary. The conservatory will cause minimal issues, it is set off the neighbouring boundary by the pathway, and therefore there will be minimal loss of privacy or overlooking. The design of both proposals is acceptable and will not be detrimental to the existing area.
