Site visit The property is a semi-detached two storey house situated in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension. It will project 3.1m from the rear elevation and will be 2.8m wide. It will have a sloping roof and will be 2.5m at the eaves and 3.9m at the highest point. There are minimal losses of privacy of light issues as it is not on the neighbouring boundary, or close to a neighbouring boundary. There is a road to the north side of the property. The design and size are both acceptable and the proposal would not form a detrimental feature to the surrounding area.
