Roof raised to same height as the roof to which the building is joined. Property at the rear is a good distance away as are those opposite (other side of Branch Road). Little impact on residential amenity. Need to establish lawful use. Increase in height would have impact on building and Conservation Area which is characterised by a non uniformed roofscape. Proposed alteratons including new windows would detract from character of building and the locality. 07/06/2006 |
