The property is a detached two storey corner plot situated in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a replacement side conservatory projecting 4m at the maximum point and 2.5m at the minimum point from the side elevation and being 6.5m long. It will be 1.5m off the side boundary. The design and size of the proposal is acceptable.There will be minimal overlooking or loss of privacy issues as the conservatory is a at the side of the property and there aren't any properties in a close proximity. There is also a 2metre timber panel fence in situ. There will be no loss of light issues to any properties as the development is single storey. In summary I have no objections to the proposal. 05/05/2006 |
