The proposal is for a 2.5m x 3.65m and will be constructed on block work with a corrugated steel roof. It will be positioned 20m from the current track within an allotment site. It will replace a dilapidated shed. There are minimal amenity issues with the proposal. The main issue is the design being block work; it will not be the most attractive. However, with the development being on an allotment, there is a mixture of buildings and constructions which are not the best design or location. The site allows for a mixture of buildings and therefore I do not think that the proposal would detriment the area and therefore I recommend accordingly. 19/05/2006 |
