Small building situated next to existing (and similar type of building to existing). Ground falls away from Clitheroe Road down to brook and the building would therefore be sited lower down slope - not especially visible from main road. From other direction (viewed from the track to Bailey Hall Farm) there is considerable tree screening and proposal seen against backdrop of slope. Materials seem acceptable. 20/04/2006 |
