The property is a substantial farm complex located in Dinckley. The application is for an agricultural building, its use being a workshop and garage. There is also a new field access proposed. The measurements of the proposed building will be 20m long x 17m wide. It is proposed to have a pitched roof and be 6.8m at the apex and 4.5m at the eaves. The proposed materials are dark green profiled metal roof and wall sheets with fair faced concrete block to the base. The location of the building is proposed close to existing farm complex And is screened well by existing trees.
