The property is a semi-detached bungalow in Wilpshire. The proposal is for front and rear dormers to create upstairs accommodation. The dormers are proposed to be 6.3m long at both sides, with a height of 2.4m. There are minimal issues to consider with this proposal, as there will be minimal overlooking/loss of privacy caused to neighbouring properties.
