Site visit Ridge height is above existing dwelling and the terraced row, which may look dominant in street scene. Other than this, the extension looks in-keeping. Little impact on neighbours to the side as no windows at first floor in extensio side with wall screen at ground floor. No loss of light given distance away. Little impact on no. 2 as they have large patio doors at rear and proposed rear extension not large. No windows in side elevation facing the neighbour.
