Site visit The property is a detached house on the out-skirts of Clitheroe. The proposal is for a conservatory to the side elevation of the house, projecting 3.1m form the side elevation and being 3.3m wide. The proposal will cause minimal issues to surrounding neighbours, as the adjacent house is orientated away from no.35, and there is the drive between. The design is acceptable and size. The only issue is the location of the conservatory being on the side of the house, however there is a 2m timber panel fence to the side of the house, which would obscure any view of the proposal from the road and therefore causing minimal impact.No. 37 has a larger conservatory than the proposed to the side of the property.
