The property is a semi-detached house in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, projecting 3m from the rear elevation and being 5.6m wide. It will have a hipped roof with a max height of 3.4m. There is no significant impact caused by this proposal. There are no side windows proposed towards the adjoining boundary therefore reducing any loss of privacy impact. The design and size is acceptable. The adjoining property has a single storey extension to the rear, however it is not on the boundary and there are fully glazed patio doors to the rear elevation. Loss of light could be caused to the windows, however the loss would be minimal 23/06/2006 |
