The property is a semi-detached bungalow in Ramsgreave. The application is for an enlargement of a previously approved extension, which has never been built. The proposed conservatory is to project 3.1m from the rear elevation and be 8.4m wide. It is proposed to be 2.8m high at the eaves with a sloping roof. There will be minimal loss of amenity issues for neighbours as there is no windows proposed on the side elevation facing no. 26 and the proposal is single storey. There is also a 2.5m high wall between the properties. There is a garage to the side adjoining no. 22.The design and size is acceptable and will cause no detrimental feature to the surrounding area. 19/07/2006 |
