Site visit Extension and rooflift would not detract from appearance of area. Scale and design are in-keeping. Little impact on no.46 as that property has no side windows but does have a rear conservatory. Don't think this would be greatly affected particularly as this neighbour is to south of proposals. Spoke to this neighbour and he is in support of application due to run-down condition of existing building. Some loss of light to no.48 and beyond due to extension being to south of these. No.48 has rear single storey extension which already overshadows their own property. Difficult to quantify loss of light. Need plan of neighbours windows to determine compliance with BRE standard.
