Site visit The property is semi detached house in Longridge. The proposal is for a small conservatory to the kitchen and living area. It is proposed to be 2.5m wide and 3m long. The house has been previously extended. The proposal will cause minimal overlooking issues as there is an existing 1.8m timber panel fence. It will cause minimal loss of light as the proposal is single storey. The proposal will not cause a detrimental feature to the area as it is reasonably small and will be situated in an inconspicuous place.
