The property is a semi-detached house in Clitheroe. The proposal is for the erection of a single storey rear extension, replacing an existing conservatory. The size of the proposal is 6.2 long, and projecting 3.9m from the rear elevation. It is proposed to have a pitched roof, the maximum height being 3.6m. There are minimal issues to consider with this proposal. There will be no loss of privacy or light to any surrounding neighbours, due to the size of the proposal, the principle of the existing conservatory and reduction in windows on the side boundary. The design and size is acceptable and would cause no detriment to the surrounding area. 05/07/2006 |
