The property is a detached dormer bungalow in Wilpshire. The proposal is for a rear conservatory, projecting 3.0m from the existing rear elevation, and being 3.8m wide. It is proposed to have a sloping roof, the maximum height being 3.0m. There are minimal issues to consider with the proposal, as the neighbouring properties are a suitable distance away. No. 35 has a window facing the property, however it is obscure glazed and will cause minimal issues.
