The property is a semi detached house in Wilpshire. The proposal is to convert the existing garage into accommodation, forming a garden room, bathroom and kid's playroom. The existing car port is proposed to be filled in to create a garage and there is a link building proposed between the car port and garage. There is also a front porch proposed at the front elevation and two conservatories to the rear of the existing house and the rear of the existing garage. There will be minimal loss of neighbouring amenity issues caused to any surrounding neighbours from the proposals. The side elevation of the proposed conservatory on the rear elevation will be built against a neighbouring single storey rear extension and there are sufficient boundary treatments in place, i.e. a timber panel 1.8m high fence. The design on the proposals in acceptable and will not appear out of place within the surrounding area. The size of the proposals in acceptable as the actual external development that is taking place is minimal. 23/06/2006 |
