Site visit The property is a two storey detached house in Billington. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension. It will project 3.2m from the rear elevation and will be 4.5m long, it is proposed to have a hipped roof, being 3.4m high at the apex. The proposal has fully glazed windows to all sides, although this will not cause an issue with neighbouring loss of privacy as the property is set back of no. 31 and there is an difference in land level between the properties, no. 31 being lower than no. 32.There would be no significant loss of light to neighbouring properties and the proposal is single storey. The design and size is acceptable and would cause minimal issues, and no detriment to the surrounding area.
