The application is to be determined by Lancashire County Council, and Ribble Valley Borough Council have been asked to comment on the proposal. After carrying out a site visit, there are minimal issues with the proposal. A previous application was approved in 2004, which was for a similar proposal. There is existing screening in place, and I would recommend that LCC approve the application 31/07/2006 |
