Site visit New access through garden and new parking area will involve some excavation and have visual impact. Timber chalets will replace existing timber building which appears to house geese, chickens etc. Little impact on appearance of the area. Next door property not significantly affected as the rear of their property doesn't directly overlook site and chalets some distance away. Also land levels different. Dwellings on lower ground than site. Trees not affected. Much will depend on highways observations.
