Site visit Sensitively designed to reduce impact on neighbours and street scene. Set back from front and set down from main ridge thereby reducing terracing effect. Gap of approx. 800mm will remain between properties. Neighbour has living room window in side elevation and bathroom window at first floor both of which will suffer loss of light but living room is served by another window to front elevation and bathroom is non-habitable room. Height of extension kept to a minimum at the rear so as not to significantly overshadow neighbours kitchen window and garden. Seems to pass BRE 45 degree rule on light loss. Likely to be a deleg approval as neighbour next door has no objections.
