Site visit The proposal is to replace 6 garages in a dilapidated state with 4 garages on the same site and in the same location. There are proposed to be 2 double garages and therefore the same footprint will be used. The proposed garages will be very similar to the existing, and they would cause minimal issues to the surrounding area. There are no close neighbours and as the garages exist, the actual impact will be negligible.
