Site visit Little visual impact as it would be sited at the rear but some uncertainty as to which elevations face which way. The nearest neighbours on Holly Grove have the sides of their properties facing the Civic Hall and windows in their first floor seem to be obscure glazed. Access is poor on egress, particularly from the northernmost access but Highways Surveyor raised no objections. How long would the building be there? Need to consult Environmental Health on noise issue.
