The property is a large detached house on Wiswell Lane. The proposal is for a conservatory to the front of the house. It is proposed to project 2.4m from the rear elevation and will be 4.5m wide. It will have a sloping roof with a pitched detail to the front. There are minimal issues to consider with this proposal. It will not cause any neighbouring impact, as there are no close neighbours.
