Site visit The property is a detached house in Balderstone. The proposal is for a single storey extension to the rear, projecting 5m from the rear elevation and being 5.2m wide. A covered veranda is also proposed which will project the same length of the extension and will be 2.25m wide. The extension is proposed to have a pitched roof, the max height being 5.2m. As there are no direct neighbours, and there will be no neighbouring impact.
