The property is a detached, relatively new house, in Langho. The proposal is for a conservatory to the rear of the house, projecting 3.7m and being 6.3m wide. It is proposed to have a part sloping, part pitched roof and will have a wall with high windows to the neighbouring boundary. There will be minimal impact caused by the proposal. It would not cause any neighbouring issues, as there is an existing 2m fence and the proposal is single storey. The design and size is acceptable and there would be no significant impact caused by the implementation of this scheme. 07/09/2006 |
