Site visit The property is a semi-detached bungalow. The proposal is for a rear dormer being 6.5m long and 2.3m tall. It is proposed to have a flat roof. The dormer will not create any neighbouring impacts of significance. The design is acceptable, as it will not over dominate the roof and it is at the rear. The size is acceptable as there is a range of dormers in the surrounding area.
