Viewed proposal from Angram Green Cottage, the occupier of which is concerned about loss of privacy to their property. They have pp for a sun room extension which would come within v. close proximity of the proposed dwelling rear elevation. Likely to be overlooking between the two. He has also raised issues about the existing caravan and is going to put these points in a letter to me. Design and scale of bungalow are perhaps acceptable and little loss of light to Angram Green Cottage as bungalow would be on lower ground. See photos. 19/10/2006 |
