Site visit Hipped roof to front elevation is sympathetic and extension to side set well back from front building line thus minimising impact on street scene. Next door property, Leckfield, has several windows in side elevation but proposed extension has no facing windowsand would be seen against backdrop of house therefore little loss of light. There is a boundary fence on side boundary with the property on the other side which would minimise overlooking from conservatory.
