Building has recently been refurbished externally following fire damage. Internally it is a shell. It is not visible from Bridge Road or any other highway. Render finished with slate roof. Overlooking may occur to neighbouring units - Manor House Nursing Home is immediately adjacent with a very high stone wall between the two. The land drops steeply to the south (towards the brook). Oblique overlooking possible from proposed kitchen window to window in two storey rear extension belonging to 20 Bridge Road. Proposal unlikely to result in significant loss of privacy to neighbours. The caretaker (occupier) would park in nearby lock up garage or on road (but would be away most of the day anyway. 28/09/2006 |
