The property is a semi-detached dormer bungalow. The proposal is to raise the height of the garage to create an office above. There will be a dormer window provided to the front of the property and a velux window to the rear. The height will increase by 0.9m, and will cause minimal impact in terms of neighbouring properties. The design and size is acceptable and it would not cause an incongruous detail within the street scene. 04/10/2006 |
