The site is an established farm complex in Paythorne. The building is proposed to be a milking parlour and the proposed measurements are 29x11x8m, with a sloping roof. The location of the building is close to the existing buildings and the materials will be of a usual agricultural style i.e. concrete block, vertical timber boarding and a profiled cement tiled roof. The design of the building is simple and in keeping with the existing site. There would be no detrimental impact caused to the surrounding area of farm by the implementation of this scheme. 04/10/2006 |
