Site visit The property is a mid-terrace house on Ribblesdale View. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, projecting 5m and being 3m wide, with a sloping roof adjoining a neighbour's single storey extension, being 3.7m high at the highest point. The extension will cause minimal impact. There is a single storey extension existing and a store to the rear of the yard, and the proposal is to replace these elements with the extension. The neighbouring property has a similar extension along the boundary wall; therefore there will be minimal neighbouring issues. The size and design is acceptable and would cause no detriment to the surrounding area.
