Site visit The property is a semi-detached dormer bungalow. The proposal is for an enlargement of the front dormer, from being 5m long and 1m high with a flat roof, to 5.5m long and 1m high, with a sloping roof from the ridge, being 2m long. The dormer will increase in size, but will not detrimentally affect the street scene. There will be no neighbouring impact and the design is improved from the existing.
