The property is a mid-terrace in Low Moor. The proposal is for a block built outhouse to the rear of the property. It is proposed to be 3.5mx3.3m, with a pitched roof being 3.5m high at the apex. It will cause minimal neighbouring impacts, as there are adequate boundary treatments in place. The design and size is acceptable. The main issue with the proposal is the materials, being block built it will not be the most aesthetically pleasing building, however the location is not in a conservation area and it is at the back of a property, therefore the materials would be satisfactory. 04/10/2006 |
