The application is to widen an existing door at Brookside Garage. The existing door is 2.6m wide and the proposed door is 5.4m wide. The height would remain the same and the materials would be similar to the existing, i.e. a roller shutter door. There would be minimal impact caused to the surrounding area. The building has 3no roller shutter doors on the side and the style is industrial. It is set back from the road and would cause minimal impact. 18/10/2006 |
