Site visit Residential property on one side, 248, and restaurant, run by the applicant, on the other side. Neighbouring property, 248 has greenhouse on side but no windows in side elevation of house so little loss of light to neighbour. Some hedge screening on side boundary will minimise overlooking to the neighbour's garden. 3 of the 4 windows proposed to side elevation would be obscure glazed, kitchen window would be clear? Main visual impact on the rear aspect with rooflift visible from front. Little character to existing bungalow and in need of renovation therefore no objections to the design and scale of extensions.
