The property is a two storey semi-detached house in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a two storey side extension. It will project 3.1m and be 7.5m long. It will be set back from the front elevation by approx 0.3m. There would be no significant neighbouring issues as loss of light would be negligible and there would be no overlooking caused. The design and size is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact on the surrounding area or street scene. Both adjacent neighbouring properties have had two storey side extensions and there would be no issues with the implementation of this scheme. 29/11/2006 |
