Viewed from no. 65 St Mary's Gardens. The neighbour has a living room window within close proximity of boundary (the room is also served by window to front) and a conservatory to rear which will look towards proposed extension. Proposal seems to comply with BRE 45 degree rule in relation to both adjacent properties. 45 degree line crosses neighbour's window on floor plan but not on elevation. None of the properties on this row have extended in a similar fashion to rear. Probably need to condition that no windows are inserted in side elevation facing no. 65. High fences to both sides. Neighbours at rear 20m distant (at present) and hedge screening between. 23/11/2006 |
