The property is a detached house in Longridge. The proposal is for the conversion of the existing garage to a playroom, with the addition of a single storey side extension, projecting 3.1m from the side elevation and being 10.1m long with a hipped roof. There is an extension proposed to the rear which will be 2.6 x 3.9m with a sloping roof. There will be no negligible neighbouring issues from the implementation of these schemes. The sizes and designs are acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused on the street scene or existing house.
