The property is a semi-detached dormer bungalow. The proposal is for a p shaped rear conservatory, projecting a maximum of 5m and being 6.5m wide. There are minimal issues to consider with this proposal. There would be minimal neighbouring issues as the side elevation of the conservatory is proposed to be a wall with high level obscure glazed windows. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental issues caused to the existing house or surrounding areas. 06/12/2006 |
