The property seems to be the only one on this row not to have a front porch. Design and size are similar to neighbouring porch and traditional appearance. Some mutual overlooking caused with no. 3 but such overlooking of little concern as porch not occupied for long periods. Plan seems to be wrong with regards to rear extension and I am going to point this out to Jeff Marshall. Amended plans now received I visited again on 18 Dec. main issues with rear two storey extension are loss of light to no.5's porch/conservatory and overlooking to rear garden areas.
