Site visit The proposal is for an addition to an existing flat roofed front porch. The proposal will extend the front porch by 2.4m, projecting the same as the existing. As there is an existing element of this extension to the front, there would be minimal impact on the street scene. There would be no neighbouring impact and the size and design is acceptable. The size is large, however it would not be detrimental to the street scene.
