Sited at rear of house and workshop adjacent to Whalley Industrial Park. Footpath to north on other side of hedgerow therefore proposal not likely to be prominent from public vantage points. Some hedge/tree screening to south. Existing gateway into field gives access. Tractors/agricultural equipment stored within new building. There don't appear to be any other farm buildings on site. Reasonable amount of land at rear of house with sheep grazing. Workshop is applicant's main business with looking after his sheep/land very much secondary. 11/12/2006 |
