Neighbours dwellings at rear are on higher ground and good distance away. Neighbours on either side not significantly affected. Rear two storey extension projects only 2.4m out therefore complies with BRE 45 degree rule in relation to both neighbours. No windows in side elevations. First floor extension possibly visual improvement on existing flat roof. Set back from front building line to form terrace with pitched roof flush with main roof to form canopy over terrace. Terrace would be level with front of neighbours house therefore no overlooking to neighbouring house but some overlooking to their driveway. 10/01/2007 |
