The property is a detached house in Wilpshire. The proposal is to replace a flat roofed garage with a pitched roof. The maximum height would be 4.4m. There are minimal issues to consider with this application. There would be negligible neighbouring impact due to the distance between the neighbouring properties and the size is acceptable. The design is better than the existing and the proposal would improve the existing. 20/11/2006 |
