Viewed from 4 Chapel Close (16/01/07) - perhaps some loss of light to lounge area at ff but this room is served by other windows. Loss of view to Edisford Bridge area. Some overlooking from new decked area but this happens already from existing decking albeit from further away. Viewed from application site (18/01/07) - overlooking from extended decking area to no. 4 is a concern. Some loss of light to no. 2 but with a reasonable gap between and extensions to the north of that neighbour. Windows positioned so as not to overlook neighbours. Significant visual impact when viewed from Riverside due to elevated position. 16/01/2007 |
