Site visit The property is a semi-detached house in Wilpshire. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, with a mono-pitch roof. It is proposed to project 4.3m from the rear elevation and will be 4.6m wide. It is proposed to be 3.6 at the highest point. There would be negligible neighbouring issues as the extension is single storey and there is an existing 2m timber fence. The size and design is acceptable and there would be no detrimental impact caused in allowing this application.
